It is approximately 45 miles SouthEast of the Havasupi Falls of the Grand Canyon. The nearest town is Seligman, Arizona.   Overview Map The Juniper Valley Ranch is located about 15 miles west of Seligman, Arizona, about 4 miles north of Interstate 40.   A closer look The Ranch is most easily accessed via exit 109 on Interstate 40.   Even Closer... Exit 109 from the westbound lane of I-40 (Anvil Rock Road).   Exit 109 Here is what it looks like at the top of the exit.   The Search for a New Beginning by admin on Jun.29, 2003, under Land Search The process began on Memorial Day Weekend, 2003, when we decided that we would like to find some rural land to use for summer vacationing and eventual retirement…   First United Realty   With our interests peaked, we contacted the First United Realty agent in Seligman, to set an appointment for looking at parcels. We set a date for Memorial Day Weekend, giving us a week or so to do some research. We did a little research at Weather Underground  , and discovered that the Seligman area has some of the most moderate climate in the state.  Average Highs are in the low 90’s, with Average Lows in the 50’s for the hottest summer months. We compared these with many other areas of the state, using WeatherBase , and the Seligman area consistently topped the list for reasonable year-round temperatures.   May Life at the Ranch… by admin on May.30, 2003, under Seasons May Cool nights and warm days What a great time of year to be visiting Juniper Valley Ranch. Flowers and cactus are in bloom, grass is green, sunsets are out of this world beautiful. The temperature drops immediately after sunset to make for a very pleasant evening.
